We help executors and administrators obtain the necessary Grant of Representation, deal with assets and liabilities, and bring the estate through to completion.
We take care of the legal work so you don't have to work out how to do it yourself.
Our fees at a glance
Our fees reflect the nature and value of the transaction and the work involved.
The professional fee for selling or buying a house is typically between €2,050 and €2,500 + VAT. Remortgaging starts from €1,050 + VAT, and transfers of property from €1,500 + VAT.
A single will costs from €180 + VAT, while mirror wills for a couple cost from €220 + VAT.
For a straightforward estate, estate administration fees are typically in the region of €3,850 + VAT.
Complications may increase the fee. Outlays, including Land Registry and search fees, are charged separately.
