As a rough guide our professional fee in Divorce would tend to be as follows:-
- Divorce confirming terms of previous separation agreement – €3,500 plus VAT
- On Consent Divorce – €4,500 plus VAT
- Contested Divorce – €7,000 plus VAT
- Pension Adjustment Order – €500 plus VAT
In all cases we require payment of €3,000 on account at the start of the matter.
